1. Digital Products (No Refunds)

All digital products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• Workbooks

• Digital downloads or instant-access content

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final.

2. Physical Products (Herbal Teas, Wellness Items, Clothing)

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Refund or Replacement

• Item arrived damaged

• Incorrect item received

To be eligible:

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Items must be unused and in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

• Opened or used consumable products (including teas)

• Items damaged due to improper storage or misuse

• Change-of-mind or preference-based returns

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

3. Subscriptions

For subscription-based products or services:

• You may cancel at any time before the renewal date

• Once a subscription renews, charges for that billing cycle are non-refundable

• Access remains available through the end of the paid period
